I have learned that the secret of life is,  if I fall 7 times,  I must get at 8 . 

Live your life without expectations from others.  Whatever you do, do it but without expectation. Expectation hurts you,  destroy you and make you weak, it makes you feel uncomfortable. So live without expectation. And just  expect from God.

If you want   to be happy, just do it. I mean the source of happiness is within yourself. You cannot find happiness anywhere except within yourself.
